Gap Year Students Earn More

New research shows that graduates who take a gap year before going to university earn up to £1000 a year more.

Gap year students tend to be more confident and independent, allowing them to gain higher starting salaries.

The results, published in the Metro, also stated that 67% of the employers questioned would be more likely to employ someone who had taken a gap year than someone who hadn't.
